Britain's Margaret Thatcher and America's Ronald Reagan forwarded both countries into a more prosperous global world. Admirable, but some were sidelined from the great benefits of these dynamics and suffered. This disparity had its vengeance in the U.K.'s Brexit vote and Donald Trump's election in the U.S.

Donald was voted out, but Brexit had the longer-term consequences you are discussing.

Solution? Reverse Brexit.
