DeSantis needed to appeal to business, so the ongoing stuff with Disney is goofy. It could have been easily patched up, likely to his advantage. But no, he has dug down on his way to the PRC. Who knows?

Everyone needs DeSantis to offset Trump and a NEW Republican surface. Wishful and not entirely out of the realm of possibilities.
