Well, Bob Pepe, he would certainly be an improvement from Donald Trump.

I don't see Pence getting there though. And of all 10 qualities you give him, none are portraying exceptional talent. We already have Biden (who has many of the same qualities) but lacks a real vision for America and the world. Too many ways and times Biden is reactive and not out in front. Pence would offer at best the same or even a regression to past times.

One big qualifier for the presidency is having great speaking and communication skills. Obama and (Bill) Clinton are good examples. Even Sanders.

They also have to be smart. See the big picture.

Good management skills definitely. Pence has these.
