Looks identical to the one I had. German company and made in Eastern Europe. Mine stopped working properly after 18 months. Out of warranty, repairing it was expensive and uncertain results. I had a 2 to 3 month liaison with the manufacturer which was exhausting for all of us. The outcome was that at a cost to me of about $1000 plus reconfiguring the cabinetry, they delivered me a $10,000 replacement that worked beautifully -- at least until I sold the house.

My line to the CEO of the company was "Are you in the business of producing 18 month refrigerators?" It seemed to do the trick and please feel free to adapt the line for your use.
