Very good article. Pragmatic. We're going to run into the problem (already have) of insufficient green replacement energy. That will raise energy costs causing a political backlash and encourage fossil fuel suppliers to dig in. It's a balancing act.

To do the big stuff like manufacturing of steel and cement we probably need to harness nuclear to bridge the gap.
