Unfortunately, this is completely wrong headed. It impossible that Biden's foreign policy is again driven by foolish public sentiment.

We see what happens when there is a disruption to trade in the Russia / Ukraine case. The disruption in China's case would be unimaginable.

When markets are impaired prosperity goes south. Brexit is an example of this where ordinary, but wrong headed, folk voted for it. The result was a lsubstantial loss of prosperity which could last decades.
