Donald Trump could raise tariffs on imports, raising prices for Americans and making American industries less competitive.

However, internationally, Trump could do the most damage, as increased American isolationism would make America less secure and prosperous. Trump has already undermined assistance for Ukraine and has little interest in the institutions created by the West for our well-being—NATO, the UN, WTO, WHO, etc.

There would likely be the buffoonery in Foreign Affairs experienced when they were last in office.
