This and the gun decision made by the Supreme Court are not only out of step with the developed world but our population.

They are in the guise of protecting Americans, a fundamental of what law in a democracy is about. But, both decisions make Americans less safe and, in the case of overturning Roe, less prosperous.

The Supreme Court loses impartiality and credibility.
