There seem to be enough people out there not opposed to getting the vaccine and its an inertia thing holding the back. That's good news because with private enterprise taking up the reins of responsibility of keeping their staff and patrons safe these folk will probably respond.

Those outside the tent can just get sick of course -- bless them. Unfortunately they can get others sick too.
