The U.S. is best positioned to lead the effort along with the rich world countries. Getting the developing countries on board needs to be hand-in-hand with bringing their basic living standards up to speed; otherwise, the climate will not be a priority for them.

The big concern is our poor relationship with China. If harmony can't be treated, I don't know how the global climate challenges can be met.
