I agree, we are still in "band-aid" actions, although all these small reinforcements of social structure can prelude a more comprehensive changes. Because of all our prejudices (together with good old fashioned spite) we are not recognizing and engaging enough human talent either within the country or elsewhere. This is the engine that will make America great again.
