We are talking about two different things here. I am talking about creating wealth as opposed to the distribution of it. Massive changes can happen at the moment for the better of all people in the US — and the world. It will take the dropping of past restraints on the freedom of trade and the movement of people to accomplish this, together with a different attitude over who is deserving. The coupling of wealth creation and a substantial base (on the distribution side) will greatly strengthen America and Americans.
