I agree $7 trillion is a whacking great amount and concede that is not going to be built overnight. That’s not to say it can’t be done and to nut it out will require many smart and determined folks way beyond my head or pages here. I base trillions figure on the premise that there is enormous (perhaps limitless) wealth to be created by letting loose trade and flow of talent. In the last decade particularly we have retracted from practicing what made us (UK before and China more recently) so wealthy in the first place. The challenge in my article was to muster the imagination to see the possible.
