To me it is a real stretch to believe that Joe would end up in the White House. Donald would need to have a melt down and it would be most unwise to count on that.

If the will can be gathered Joe Biden could be ditched for a more competitive candidate and one that could be an effective leader. A child needs to point out that Joe has no clothes.
