Essentially stop talking about BBB publicly. Work behind the scenes on what can be achieved. Talk about immediate concerns in the places you mention and leave extraneous other Washington stuff out.

Big problem is that Democrats withdrew interest in half of America. There are no democrats in places where they were not going to win elections. This was a huge mistake that they are now paying for.
