Biden did NOTHING for two weeks when Putin's forces surrounded Ukraine. He should have understood the resolve of Zelensky and the Ukrainians and immediately bolstered Ukraine. Throughout this war, Biden has delivered with support but ALWAYS too little and late. That pattern has continued at an enormous cost to Ukraine, America, and the world.
