ScottCDunn, who says the U.S. is not involved? We are involved because it is in our interest (and in the interest of all folk in the world wanting to live in a free and open societies). Do you want to live in an autocracy?

It's not OK for one country to simply open fire on another and second territory. This would mean a very unstable world for everyone. The U.S. is not on a separate planet. And we do engage and exchange with other nations because this makes America and the world more secure and prosperous.

We don't have NATO troops on the ground but none the less it is OUR war. Ukrainians are fighting like hell to hold onto their own country and they are also fighting for us. This is why we are sending $1.5 billion worth of weapons to help them oust Putin's Russia from Ukraine. Hopefully this will work but we may need to use the full force of NATO.
