Scott, we have been so inaccurate with our predictions in the past to declare that this mission can't be achieved.

Should it become apparent that totally removing Putin from Ukraine is unachievable, then Ukraine and the West can forge a settlement with Putin. But it would be a huge mistake to give a respite or anything to Putin that cannot be avoided.
