Scott, the mission must be stated repeatedly because people either forget or don't fully understand.

We must protect the sovereignty of nations and deter authoritarian figures and regimes from muscling in on their neighbors. In the case of Ukraine, it was an unprovoked attack.

Unfortunately, enforcing international law can be very expensive, but NOT doing it is more so.
