Ryan, Democrats are taking a gamble with Biden that is unnecessary. They can have a primary to find a young and talented nominee, but Biden has to step aside.

There's the problem. He won't. Joe has been presented privately and publicly with reasons methodically laid before him that he should step down. There are compelling voices, such as James Carvel, Carl Rove, David Axelrod, and others, who advocate that Biden step aside because the risks are too dangerous. It is less risky to find an alternative while there is still time.
