As a kid in New Zealand, a bottle of milk was like everyone else's. Now in America (and NZ, too), dozens of different kinds exist. Many of which I have little interest in apart from the one making the best cappuccinos which I prepare using the machine I selected from hundreds of other designs.
Products and services improve, and new ones emerge because of growth, innovation, and market competition. And this improves our standard of living.
