Philip Ogley, it's bewildering that Brexit has any popularity. But there are Americans who believe Donald Trump was a great president.

The U.K. needs someone to tell the hard truths- how it is. A Prime Minister like Jim Hacker will stand up and acknowledge the facts:

"We got it wrong. Now is the time for the Great British Ship to U-turn. All hold onto the rails!"
