Peter McClard, you have generous words for Joe Biden, but we can do better.

Two-thirds of Democrats don't want Biden to be their nominee for 2024. That's a dreadful starting place, and there are few reasons to believe the numbers would improve.

For Democrats to improve their chances for 2024, they must drop Biden, have an open primary, and get themselves a younger and more talented candidate.

No one objectively watching Biden's Hanoi press conference would conclude that this is the person for the next five years. Watch it on YouTube, C-Span.
