Pam Winter, agreed it's foolish to look down upon manual work. Manual work can also be highly skillful.

Working conditions make a difference. Outside occupations are subject to the rigors of weather and jobs where physical strength and agility are required, age and health become limiting factors. Many hands-on jobs are associated with accidents and are dangerous.

America can get the talent for manual work (along with all kinds) by multiplying the immigration numbers.

We have successfully eliminated many jobs on farms, down mines, and in factories generally to benefit.

I invite you to read "Jobs! Jobs! Jobs! Cry the Politicians".

Many thanks.
