One of your best pieces Eric.

Valid questions that you and others raise -- and need answering. Life is about continually weighing what is best and there are always losses as well as gains. That is what decision making is all about -- what makes it challenging, difficult at times. We get in our cars and drive because we decide that the benefits outway the risks.

Woodward weighed the risks I'm sure and had the discipline to stay with his role as investigative reporter -- a reason he is great one. He was after a total scoop and not releases of piecemeal information that could well have depreciated the great bulk of information he managed to deliver to us all.

We ourselves have a duty to take what Woodward has established and ask many more questions. Who did Trump discuss the Xi Jinping telephone call with? Was nothing discussed? Was no one privy to this? The additional foreign policy questions raised apart from Corona are extraordinary. Also, much can be learned by dovetailing Woodward's information with other sources -- John Bolton, Peter Strzok, Brian Stelter and even Michael Cohen books for instance. The role of FOX News beyond a propaganda arm of Trump and party? That’s a good starter.

Keep the writing coming.
