Nadin, I agree that Putin deserves to go on trial. But we can perhaps get a better outcome by focusing on prevention of more suffering and damage rarther tan punishment of one monster.

I would argue that we have mismanaged the nuclear issue. We allowed Putin (and now any depot with a weapon) to make the threat of nuclear a weapon.
