Blacks, Latinos, and suburban women failed to get out for Harris. Women's reproductive rights were not a strong card for Harris because there was little she could change as president.

While bigotry exists, it was unlikely the reason for Trump's victory.

Harris especially forgot young men while Trump was courting them -- any sign of recognition is preferable to none.

If there is a fundamental reason Democrats lost the presidency, it is that the establishment selected their nominees rather than voters. We can list the failures: Walter Mondale, Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris (Biden likely won under the cover of a pandemic). All these nominees were lackluster and unable to connect with an audience.
