Michael Buster, this would be a huge improvement over what we have. It would still leave the problem of corporations paying little or no tax because they can exit and prosper without profits.

An even simpler way is to shift entirely to VAT. This would mean that corporations doing business would pay tax because they buy stuff. Because VAT is flat, it could be coupled with a UBI.
