Michael Arceneaux, this was some red meat to the base, but he didn't win because of this. Youngkin is a smart guy and ran a good campaign focusing on things that particularly suburban folk think important -- like their kids education.

Hopefully it will be an alarm bell for Democrats to get it together and appeal to a broader group of voters. Use what will work from "progressive" wing such as child care, Medicare drug price and leave the rest for another day.
