Most voters don't relate to foreign policy, but if they DID pay attention, Biden's record is above Trump's, but whose wouldn't be?

Biden's latest efforts in the Middle East have been flatfooted and detrimental to America. Ukraine is now left hanging because of Biden, the Chinese relationship sucks, and he is at odds with Europe because of an industrial policy in America that doesn't help.
