Manny Otiko, Glenn youngkin ran a good campaign and deserved to win. He ran as a moderate Republican (kept Trump in the background) and that was a feat in itself. He threw some red meat to the base in the final stages but that was generally not his platform. He went after issues that suburban folk care about such as education.

Youngkin came across as a smart reasonable guy and above all he was LIKABLE.
