That said, California has the biggest state economy in the U.S. and half again from Texas.

We may be surprised, but imagining Harris as an exceptional leader isn't easy. But we are where we are. Should Harris lose the election to Trump, the cost of living will increase for all the folk you describe because of his tariff nonsense.

While there is little evidence that Harris would be clever with foreign policy, Trump's would be repeated buffoonery.
