Liza Donnelly, I enjoy how you place drawing with writing. Also humor in something serious. We are too often so specialized in particular fields that we forget (or don't know) that exchanges between them can be enormously valuable -- and, often what brings about the new whatever. We seem to be able to do it food but cross-referencing architecture with dance, painting with music -- well, this can be done too.
