We certainly need heroes -- and excellent leadership.

Democrats have performed the astonishing feat of losing the presidential election. They are now in opposition with little power.

When the Democratic establishment places hands on the scales favoring their picks, they lose elections. If this lesson isn't learned, they will continue to lose elections.

If Democrats carefully listened and replied to criticisms, they may be able to move on and possibly win.
