Florida, of course, is a red state, chock full of Trump supporters. A jury of his peers in Florida would vote Trump not guilty before the trial even started.

Likely not, Caren. Jurists have a good record of exercising their duty wherever they are.
A Florida court is preferable to one in DC. And with that judge, Trump can't cry foul.
The case against Donald is consequential.
