Out of tragedies can come opportunities but we have to recognize and seize them. The West as well as the aspiring world has already benefited from this enormous shake up from our complacency. It's not out of the question that Ukrainians can rebuild and be secure and prosperous. And that even Russia an improved country for its people. We need Russia.
