Lauren Elizabeth, what are you suggesting? that the federal government rebuild the bridges and expand broadband? It is not in that business anymore than the airline business. We need private enterprize to do that for us. Most of us are paid by private companies. Our prosperity is from having private companies.

That said, it's most important that those infrastructure contracts be competition based otherwise we begin to lose money.

As an example when a big American city comes to replace it's fleet of buses to electric, and the best value ones are from China, it should buy Chinese buses.
