Lauren Elizabeth. The Progressives have some great ideas to move the country forward but voters HAVE to be SOLD and ONBOARD. Otherwisw they are worth little. Beating up on poor Nancy is not going to help.

Pelosi is simply trying to steer the Democratic ship around so that Democrats retain some office. They are currently on a course to lose the Senate, House and likely the Presidency 2024. Maybe Progressives are OK with that. But then that would be the epitome of SPITE -- like recently voting against the first infrastructure / climate bill.

Progressives need to fall in line with their fellow Democrats and pick the issues that already have popular appeal or they can really SELL to an audience beyond themselves.

Just a reminder, the first big COVID relief package back in May 2020 (in the Trump days) would NOT have happened without Nancy Pelosi. Her talent and fortitude.
