Biden team looks well qualified to me. On the side of cautiousness but then that is Biden.

The reason the likes of Trump surfaced, I see not especialy because of what he Obama administration did or not do. We have a problem of disparity of income, wealth and opportunity that has only become worse with Donald and Corona.
