Katharine, suits maintain their place, perhaps because they are easy to wear and look sharp. However, the "uniform" has given way to more relaxed wear. And, no guy carries an attache case.

Brioni makes beautiful suits, and the company must cringe when seeing buffoon Trump. Who can tell Donald anything? certainly not a fitting expert.

Cuccinelli is my favorite suit, although these days, I rarely need to dress beyond shorts and sandals.

But dressing for the occasion adds to the ambiance, connection to others, and enjoyment. Do we want our concert pianist to be in sweatpants and our Gym instructor (with that body) in a tuxedo? No, we want each to be showcased in what best suits.

I designed suits as an essential part of my men's collection. They were forward in the market and expensive. My customers were generally pioneering people, strong in their endeavors to accomplish, and my suits helped them on their way.

Many thanks. Best.
