But Biden never makes BOLD moves. He hides behind inaction and labels it wisdom.

Biden has placed his legacy in jeopardy. Should he lose to Trump, he and ilagacy will be toast. Even with winning in November, critics won't be kind because he has stayed beyond his welcome. His policies and, particularly, inactions will come under considerably more scrutiny.
