Be disappointed in Joe Biden for insisting on staying and the complacents and cowards who let this happen.

Ordinary democrats voiced their opinion and wanted Biden to stand aside for another, younger (and more talented) to take his place. Biden gave them the middle finger-- no wonder he is struggling.
