The women of Afghanistan have shown themselves to be strong and can continue to be instrumental in changing the country for the better. The Trump then Biden cut and run I believe was a huge error. Afghanistan was no longer a war to us and was the costs had become managable. Over time our presence could have slowly diminished with increasing stability.

A generation of Afghans were able to live far better lives than 20 years ago. A small achievement but a significant one that was recently chucked.
