Josh 12. Unfortunately dismissing debt creates even more debt and no brakes on tuition fees increasing. Debt at the moment is cheap but when interest rates rise it's not a place for you or I to be.

Rather than making tuition free maybe better to give cash directly to you (a UBI if you like) and then schools will respond to your demands.
