Generally, if Biden were such a strong candidate, he would have the nomination wrapped up by now. He does not, and for the reasons that you point out — too old, has difficulty stringing two sentences together etc.

No one should be chosen to be President for reasons of entitlement, and Joe falls somewhat into this category, along with Hilary in the 2016 election.

While Biden would be an improvement from our current President, there are other candidates that would be many times better. Look at Pete Buttigieg — young, smart and articulates a future for America that excites people.
