Johnny, probably a reach, but the Hamas attack confronted Israel and America with opportunities for a more normal, secure, and prosperous Israel and the Middle East.

With excellent American and Israeli leadership, progress with Arab countries, particularly Saudi Arabia, could have been harnessed to forge a comprehensive agreement that put the Palestinian state squarely at the center.

Unfortunately, we have Netanyahu, who is clever but self-serving, and Biden, who is mediocre, if not a dimwit, who fails to imagine a future world or grasp the current one.
