An incongruence will likely occur should there be sentencing in the Florida documents case. Walt and Donald sit on the same end of the see-saw, but one is a former president and the other a valet. Nauta CAN'T receive a more severe sentence than Trump.

There was sufficient distance between Michael Cohen and Donald Trump for discretionary sentencing, but that's not so with Donald/Walt duo.

If the question of Trump doing jail time opens more general questions about the practice, that would be beneficial.
