John, it was a very easy shot for Biden and America.

It was an opportunity missed to have a more secure relationship with Xi Jinping's China. We could have treated the balloon as no significant threat to us, which it was likely not. Not ignoring it, but getting on the high ground and asking more questions of China to explain.

Antony Blinken should have maintained his scheduled trip to China and done other business. Biden should NOT have cowered to the screaming of Tom Cotton.

We have an enormous problem with Xi Jinping's China and are doing the antithesis of what we should be. A walled-off China is not going to make America safer or more prosperous.
