His intended tariffs of 10% across the board and much higher on Chinese imports would cost American households thousands of dollars annually (this is in addition to the $1,000 paid now because of his past legislation -- which Biden continued).

Employment, productivity, and living standards would all decrease.

The worst damage is likely internationally because it's difficult or impossible to reverse. Trump would be more isolationist and would neglect or undermine world organizations that have made Americans more secure.
