John Ellis, nothing much can go into motion before the mid-term elections. Fortunately there is plenty of talent to take over from Biden for the 2024 presidency. I don't believe we have to reach back to Hillary Clinton. How many times does she wish to lose?

Democrats would be wise to not have their plans around who exactly is playing on the other side but rather who in their camp can be appealing and take the country forward.

That candidate needs to have extraordinary communication skills. A foot in the middle of the country would also come in handy.
